Regulatory position
Unless otherwise stated, medicinal cannabis products distributed by Conforma Group are unapproved therapeutic goods supplied under the Special Access Scheme or by an Authorised Prescriber in accordance with the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code. State and territory poisons requirements also apply.
